My girls love banana, and so do I. I don’t crave for it everyday but I know that it is very nutritious. I can’t believe that the bananas that I store on top of my kitchen counter has so many medical use. I just thought that it can prevent diarrhea
I grew up eating bananas when I had stomach issues. Now, the more I would like to eat bananas.
